MV-HEVC
This document describes the results of a verification test for the HEVC extension for the coding of multi-view video (known as MV-HEVC), which was performed during the 14th JCT-3V meeting (San Diego, 22–26 February 2016) – based on a test plan established at the previous meeting. A description of the test conditions, subjective testing methodology, and test results is provided.
This document provides information about the 3D and multiview extensions of HEVC and the algorithms implemented in the associated reference software.
This is a draft of the reference software implementing the multiview extension of the HEVC specification. Source code is provided in the attached zip archive.
This draft amendment to the HEVC conformance testing specification identifies a set of tests for MV-HEVC (Multiview Main Profile) and 3D-HEVC (3D Main Profile).
This is draft 10 of the 3D-HEVC Test Model Description.
This document describes the verification test plan for MV-HEVC including test conditions, evaluation methodology and timeline.

This is Draft 9 of the 3D-HEVC and MV-HEVC Test Model Description.
3D video is represented using the Multiview Video plus Depth (MVD) format, in which a small number of captured views as well as associated depth maps are coded and the resulting bitstream packets are multiplexed into a 3D video bitstream. Optionally, the encoder can be configured in a way that a sub-bitstream representing two views without depth data can be extracted and independently decoded for displaying the 3D video on a conventional stereo display.
