Encoding configurations for “random access” and “low delay” use cases were tested, with video test sequences of three resolutions – 832×480 “WVGA”, 1280×720 “720p” and 1920×1080 “HD”.

N16036, Description of IVC Exploration Experiments
Internet Video Coding (IVC) is an effort to produce a video coding standard whose baseline profile complies with the IVC CfP and is thus suitable for the usage models that are prevalent on the Internet. This work originated with a proposal made by a group of Chinese Universities. This Experiment document includes descriptions of investigations of coding modules in IVC test model 14.1, to be performed for the upcoming May/June 2016 MPEG meeting. The experiment is divided into 6 subtests. In subtest 1, encoder optimization techniques will be explored.
