Text of ISO/IEC 23008-2:201x/PDAM1 Additional supplemental enhancement information

This proposed draft amendment (PDAM) defines an additional supplemental enhancement information (SEI) message called the annotated regions SEI message. The annotated regions SEI message carries parameters that identify annotated regions using bounding boxes representing the size and location of identified objects.
