This draft amendment for AVC adds support for depth map coding together with multi-resolution frame-compatible stereoscopic video coding. It also adds specification of an SEI message for mastering display colour volume and updates the definitions of colour primaries, colour transfer characteristics, and colour transformation matrix coefficients.
