1. Raise and discuss issues that have to be considered in the definition of technologies for the storage and transmission of scalable video, and resolve the open questions in the document.
2. Study and progress amendments and corrigenda on parts 12, 14 and 15, as needed.
3. Study and improve the Reference Software and Conformance for File Format
4. Joint work with the JPEG FFSEC group on specification harmonization
5. Joint work with DVB on the storage of MPEG-2 Transport Stream into the file format and recording of RTP streams, and proposals for a harmonized base specification for such storage.
6. Study issues in the recording of RTP streams into the file format.
7. Study issues in the storage of MVC in the file format and propose solutions.
