  1. Review the delay and latency requirements found within the Requirements and Profiles documents and propose specific requirements and values as appropriate.
  2. Identify and propose mechanisms to improve VM support for a Low Delay Mode.
  3. Coordinate the development of evaluation criteria for analysis of MPEG-4 video core experiments relative to delay considerations. Specify delay requirements for object-based functionalities in low-bitrate applications.
  4. Interface with the ITU-T LBC Experts Group relative to delay considerations.
