Mandate:
  1. Continue review of subpart 5 of FCD ISO 14496-3 and the associated software in FCD ISO 14496-5.
  2. Produce a final draft of a study of those parts of the FCD which encompass General MIDI and DLS.
  3. Complete the harmonization of the SASBF in collaboration with the MMA.
  4. Set levels for the Structured Audio Wavetable Profiles
  5. Using complexity metrics and workplan described in N2282, provide a report quantifying resource utilization so that levels can be established for the Structured Audio profiles.
  6. Review and help to progress those aspects of FCD ISO 14496-4 pertaining to Structured Audio.
  7. Determine the viability of providing a new object type called Structured Audio Effects
  8. Discuss PICOLA.

2319 AHG on Computational Graceful Degradation (CGD)
Mandate: To perform CGD experiments described in document N2317 in order to extend the application of CGD support techniques to visual SNHC and document N2282 for synthetic audio. The final goal of this activity is to verify that the parameters described in documents N2317 and N2312 are able to quantify intrinsic complexity of SNHC and SA. These parameters can then be used for:
